“My experience as a Varsity & Co Representative was nothing short of amazing. When first getting in contact with Melissa after being selected as a rep, I could tell instantly that she was an awesome person. We figured out a date that would work for everyone for my rep session. Heading down to the studio, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Was it going to be awkward? Would it be embarrassing? What if my pictures didn’t come out good?
Upon arriving at the studio, I was met by Melissa and I instantly, I felt as though I had known her for years. My previous impression of her being a nice lady, based on emails and texts, was quickly replaced. Melissa felt like family! After hair and makeup, Melissa put together some outfits for me. I was a little worried because I had no clue what to do in front of the camera. I am in no way a supermodel and certainly can’t get in front of a camera and create my own pose. Fortunately, this is not at all what I was expected to do. Melissa told me exactly what she wanted me to do. Of course, sometimes my attempts were lacking a bit, but hey, it wouldn’t have been nearly as fun if I had done everything perfectly!
It is an understatement to say that I was shocked when viewing my photos for the first time. Any photo that she takes is stunning to say the least. Melissa is an absolutely amazing woman and Varsity & Co. is exactly what I was looking for in a senior photo company, and more. I am extremely fortunate to be involved in Varsity & Co. and to have had the opportunity to meet Melissa. By investing in Varsity & Co. there is so much more gained than a collection of amazing pictures of yourself for the yearbook. The overall experience with Melissa Beck was absolutely priceless.”
